Personally Identifiable Information
The California Business and Professions Code defines “Personally Identifiable Information” as details collected on the Internet about an individual consumer, and includes an individual’s first and last name, a physical street address, an email address, a telephone number, a Social Security number, or any other information that permits a specific individual to be contacted physically or online.
Collection of Information
Heschel may collect the following categories of Personally Identifiable Information from users who visit its website: 1) an individual’s first and last name; 2) a physical street address; 3) an email address; 4) a telephone number; and 5) a Social Security Number.
Heschel may also collect non-Personally Identifiable Information during use of its website in order to analyze how visitors use the site. Heschel does not track its users over time or across third party websites, and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals.
